Social Activities

The Tumut Aero Club is a great family orientated social centre for pilots and aviation enthusiasts. We hold monthly events for families, friends and visitors including a 1st Sunday of the month BBQ Breakfast. Starting at 8am why not fly or drive in for breakfast at the Clubhouse.

Aviation Courses

If you are interested in learning to fly the Tumut Aero Club provides all the associated theory courses to complete your Recreational Aviation Licence. We also run club courses to improve your understanding of all sorts of other aviation aspects.

Airport Accommodation

The Tumut Aero Club provides on-the-airport accommodation at the Tumut Airport Lodge. Perfect for a weekend stopover or the 'caught in the weather' scenario. For more details click here. For bookings contact Pat Malone on (02) 6947 1148.

Hangar Rental

The club has three aircraft hangars to rent. With Prices starting at $2 per day that has to be the cheapest accommodation in the country! For more information on hangars click here.
